Yes, each new rider must create an account and fill out a New Rider Questionnaire Form (available in studios) before their first class. Please note that classes are not transferable to other rider accounts.

You can create an account here.

If it’s your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. (First timers please ensure you have completed the online health questionnaire click here). Please note, that if you have not signed in 4 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold bikes for up to 4 minutes after class starts.

When you arrive at the studio, check in with the front desk. The staff will help you sign-in for your bike, give you a tour of the studio, and set up your bike with you.

There will be a waiting list you are able to join. You won’t be charged to go on the wait list, but you will need at least one ride on your account to secure your bike if one becomes available. Bikes will be reserved on first reserved basis. If a bike becomes available within two hours of the class starting (up until 30 minutes prior) and you’re on the waitlist, you’ll be sent an email to ask if you want to accept it.

For any early-riser classes (6.30am-9.30am) we won’t automatically allocate spaces after 10pm the night before, we will send an email asking if you want to accept the booking, and to accept, you need to click on the link in the email.

If you cancel within 12 hours your class credit will be forfeited. However, if the class is full at the start time of the class your credit will be returned.
We have a strict no refund policy on any classes cancelled 2 hours or less before. No exception.
