Introducing Ride & Sculpt

Following two successful taster classes B.SPOKE is delighted to be introducing a new class type in March, Ride & Sculpt.

A 50-minute class that combines 30 minutes of an intense cardio ride, then unclip, grab a mat and B.PREPARED for 20 minutes of core exercises on the floor.

Our core (the muscles around your trunk and pelvis) are often neglected. Having a strong core improves your balance and stability allowing the pelvis, lower back, hips and abdominal muscles to work together in harmony. This will not only benefit your riding performance but also many other sporting activities and your general wellbeing.

A weak core leaves you susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Working on strengthening your core muscles may help improve/reduce back pain.

We will be introducing a number of sessions across the weekly timetable. These classes can be booked now for week commencing March 2nd.
