B.SPOKE Launches Online Classes

To ensure that our B.SPOKE family continue to have the opportunity to train and experience a little bit of the B.SPOKE magic we will be introducing classes from April 26th that will be delivered online.

Our Creative Director, Julia Wilson has designed a class structure that will focus on intervals, speed work and resistance efforts. This will allow you to work safely at your own pace and level.

These classes have been developed by Julia so that you can follow on any indoor static bike but also with a  rowing machine, treadmill or cross trainer, if you don’t have access to a static bike at home.

There will be an optional weights track for upper body work, however if you don’t have some small hand weights, grab some cans from the kitchen cupboard or even weigh some rice into two separate bags, (equal amounts) tie securely and you have your weights for class. You can also just use your own body weight.

If you are interested in joining Julia and connecting with your B.SPOKE family and community again then please reach out to us with your email address or contact number and we can provide you with the zoom link for classes (don’t forget to download the zoom app). A 45 minute class will be available, Monday 5:30pm, Wednesday 9:15am, Friday 5:30pm and Sunday 10am. These classes will be delivered by Julia, the first class will be Sunday 26th April at 10am. It is important to let us know of your interest in joining the classes so we can send you a link to the class.

We are working with a number of partners and are planning to provide a more complete online B.SPOKE experience in the very near future. Please look out for further announcements in due course.

Taking care of yourself physically and mentally is more important than ever right now. We encourage all of our riders to do something active each day and get some fresher air often (remember social distancing rules).
